Translation

Keep me upright,
Make my scale heavy,
confirm my faith,
raise high my status(in the hereafter),
Accept my Salah,
And forgive my sins,
I ask you for high positions in Paradise,
Oh Allah! I ask you obligation of your mercy,
And determination of your forgiveness,
And the peace of every sin,
And the booty of every reward,
And Winning Paradise,
And surviving from Hell,
Oh Allah! make the result of all our affairs good,
And deliver us from the disgrace of this world and the torment of the hereafter,
Oh Allah! Distribute between us the heedfullness necessary to come between us and the commision of wrong against you,
The obedience necessary for us to gain admission into paradise,
And the unswerving faith necessary to minimise for us the tribulations in this world,
Oh Allah! Allow us to enjoy our hearing, our sight, and our strength for as long as we live,
And make that enjoyment our heir(so that the people that we have befitted could pray for us), and place our vengeance on those that have wronged us,
And give us victory over our enemies,
And try us not in our faith,
Neeither make this world our greates concern,
or the extent of our knowledge,
Nor give power over us to those who would oppress us,
Oh Allah! Leave no sins of ours in this assembley unforgiven,
Nor any grief without being relieved,
Nor any debt without being paid,
Nor any difficulty in this life or the hereafter without being facilitated,
Oh the most merciful of all that is Merciful,
Our Lord! Give us the good of this world and the hereafter,
And save us from the torment of the fire,
Oh Allah! send peace and salutation upon Muhammed (PBUH) and his family, his companions and those that follow him,
AMEEN!

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for them.

Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.

You don't have to love in words, even through the silences love is always heard.

Hadapi Putus Asa Dan Kecewa Dengan Tawakkal Kepada Allah

Wednesday, December 8, 2010
Firman Allah s.w.t maksudnya : "Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): "Wahai hamba-hambaKu yang telah melampaui batas terhadap diri mereka sendiri (dengan perbuatan-perbuatan maksiat), janganlah kamu berputus asa dari rahmat Allah, kerana sesungguhnya Allah mengampunkan segala dosa sesungguhnya Dialah jua Yang Maha Pengampun, lagi Maha Mengasihani."   (Surah Az-Zumar ayat 53)

Sesuailah dengan lafaz yang sering kita ucapkan semasa membaca do'a iftitah 5 kali sehari semalam iaitu  "Sesungguhnya solatku, ibadahku, hidupku, matiku hanyalah kerana Allah Taala.."

(Hadis Riwayat Bukhari adn Muslim)

Potrait Of A Friend

I can't give solutions to all of life's problems, doubts,
Or fears. But I can listen to you, and together we will
Search for answers.

I can't change your past with all its heartache and pain,
Nor the future with its untold stories.
But I can be there now when you need me to care.

I can't keep your feet from stumbling.
I can only offer my hand that you may grasp it and not fall

Your joys, triumphs, successes, and happiness are not mine;
Yet I can share in your laughter.

Your decisions in life are not mine to make, nor to judge;
I can only support you, encourage you,
And help you when you ask.

I can't prevent you from falling away from friendship,
From your values, from me.
I can only pray for you, talk to you and wait for you.

I can't give you boundaries which I have determined for you,
But I can give you the room to change, room to grow,
Room to be yourself.

I can't keep your heart from breaking and hurting,
But I can cry with you and help you pick up the pieces
And put them back in place.

I can't tell you who you are.
I can only love you and be your friend.

May Allah Make It Easy In Whatever We Do

InsyaAllah

Women

Women are not created weaker but more generous than men. They are created more beautiful and less fierce, as beauty hates to hurt and harm others . That is why they seem weak to people  but in reality they are not. Angels are the strongest of created beings and women are closer to the angelic nature than men as they are readier than men to carry angelic light. It is the good manners and ethics of spirituality which they carry which makes them less forceful than men. Even physically, however, they are extremely strong. They undergo great upheavals in their body without flinching for the sake of childbirth and face the direst physical conditions more successfully than men because Allah has enabled them to ensure the survival of generations.

♥ Prophet SAW said ♥

♥ Treat women kindly. Woman was created from a rib and the most bent part of the rib is the uppermost. If you try to straighten it you will break it, but if you leave it alone it will remain bent. So treat women kindly. ♥

YOU

If someone comes into your life for a REASON,
They will guide you,
support you, and aid you
Emotionally,
physically and most of all spiritually
But without any shortcomings on your part
They will bring the relationship to an end

If someone comes into your life for a SEASON,
Your time has come to learn, to grow, to share
They will give you the peace, the joy, the lessons of life
But they come only for a while
As they are for a season

If someone comes into your life for a LIFETIME relationship
You will have a secure foundation
Built with joys and sorrows shared together
With love
and care built on solid foundation
Sharing and forgiving no matter
what happens
But most of all, loving one another for Allah
Together
…….being lovers of Allah………..

Thank you so much for being a part of
my life,
Whether you are a REASON, a SEASON or a LIFETIME

Keistimewaan Dan Kebaikan Surah Al-Fatihah

" Dengan nama Allah Yang Maha Pengasih dan Penyayang. Segala puji bagi Allah. Tuhan seluruh alam. Yang Maha Pengasih dan Penyayang. Pemilik hari pembalasan.

Jadi, persoalannya, kenapa diwajibkan?

Pertama : Paling Besar (A’zham)

Abu Said al-Ma’alli r.a., katanya : “Aku sedang solat, lalu dipanggil oleh Rasulullah s.a.w., maka tak dapat aku menyahut.

Kedua : Membaca Surah al-Fatihah sama seperti membaca Kitab Taurat, Injil, Zabur dan Al Qur’an.

Diriwayatkan dari Sayyidina Ali bin Abu Talib k.w.  bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w. berkata maksudnya : “Siapa yang membaca Fatihatul-Kitab (al-Fatihah), maka seakan-akan dia telah membaca Taurat, Injil, Zabur dan al-Furqan (al-Qur’an)”.

Ketiga : Hanya Kepada Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. diiturunkan.

Kelima : Aman Dari Segala Bahaya.

Diriwayatkan oleh al-Buzar dari Anas r.a. : Bersabda  Rasulullah s.a.w. maksudnya : “Bila engkau baca al-Fatihah dan Qul Huwallahu Ahad maka amanlah engkau dari segala sesuatu, kecuali dari maut”.

Keenam : Langsung Dari Arasy

Dari Ma’qal bin Yasaar r.a.

Dari Abu Said al-Khudri r.a. Ia menjawab : “Tidak, saya bukan tukang jampi, tetapi aku hanya membacakan Ummul-Kitab (al-Fatihah).”

Surah Al-Fatihah sebenarnya macam suatu do'a dan munajat kita sebagai hamba-Nya.

Before You Regret

We all face various physical and spiritual sorrows and troubles in this world. Amongst these are feelings so intense that they cannot be compared with any other physical pain. This feeling that causes such great distress in the human soul is a feeling called "regret."

There are two completely different forms of regret, however. The regret felt by people of faith and the regret that non-believers experience. These two feelings are extremely different from one another.

Believers are the people who have an absolute faith in the fact that events take place by Allah's Will, and whatever befalls them does so by Allah's Will. This explains their all-important distinctive attribute of putting their unyielding trust in Allah, at good times, in trouble or when they make a mistake. The Prophet Muhammad (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) pointed out the strong character of the believer with a comparison in the hadith below:

The similitude of a believer is that of a standing crop in a field which is shaken by wind and then it comes to its original position but it stands at its roots. [Muslim]

Upon making a mistake, a believer immediately repents with sincerity and hopes for Allah's forgiveness. As a result, he does not suffer from a distressful and long-lived feeling of regret. The regret felt by believers urges them to ask for repentance, to purify themselves and prevents them from repeating this error. It helps them rectify their errors and prevents them from plunging into a distressful and pessimistic mood. Moreover, this regret does not reduce their enthusiasm, devotion, or religious zeal nor does it drag them downward into a spiral of apprehension and depression.

Regret felt by disbelievers, on the other hand, is very distressing and long-lasting, as they do not put their trust in Allah when they encounter a difficulty or commit a transgression. Throughout their lives, they often use phrases like "I wish I had not done this..." "I wish I had never said this...," and so on.

More importantly, they are subject to a much greater regret in the Hereafter. Those who lived a life apart from the religion (deen) in this world will regret every misguided moment of their lives. They were warned before and invited to the straight path. They had enough time to contemplate and embrace the right way. Yet they did not listen when they were warned, ignoring the Hereafter as if they would never die. Then in the Hereafter, they will have no chance to get back to this world and correct their errors. In the Qur'an, Allah relates their regretful expressions as follows:
We have warned you of an imminent punishment on the Day when a man will see what he has done, and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, if only I were dust!" [Surah an-Naba': 40]

If only you could see when they are standing before the Fire and saying, "Oh! If only we could be sent back again, we would not deny the Signs of our Lord and we would be among the believers." [Surah al-An'am: 27]

They will say, "If only we had really listened and used our intellect, we would not have been Companions of the Blaze." [Surah al-Mulk: 10]

I wish to warn people against a day when they will regret saying "had we only understood...," "had we only not rejected the signs of our Lord...," "had we only followed those who brought us the message...," "had we only done this and that" etc and to invite them to live for Allah while they still have the chance to correct their wrongs.

Keep in mind that on that day no one's regret will save him from Allah's wrath. The only way to avoid this regret is to submit to Allah while there is still time and to comply with the commands of Allah.

Respond to your Lord before a Day comes from Allah which cannot be turned back.

Hardship In Life

A fact of human life is that from time to time we face difficulties. These can be small day to day annoyances or calamities that push our patience and will power to their limits. Sometimes it is hard for a person to understand the reasons behind these horrible events, especially when he/she knows that there is a God maintaining order in the universe and Who is merciful. In such a situation a person may even resent God and ask why He is making life so difficult, especially when He is supposed to love His devoted servants.

It is important to remember that when making a judgment about a situation we should think about whether or not we have enough knowledge to do so. Something that is bad in our minds may actually be good, and we may only think it is bad because of our limited perception and knowledge. For example, imagine a person who has lived all his life in a rain forest. He has no knowledge of technology or civilizations and only knows what he has learned from experience and from those around him. If we were to take him and bring him to the city and showed him skyscrapers, cars, and computers, he would be overwhelmed and overawed by the extravagance. Now, if he were to be taken past a construction site where cranes and bulldozers were demolishing a building, he would think that something bad was being done. In his mind the construction workers would be destroying a perfectly good building for no reason at all, and this act would be considered senseless by him. But he is not aware that the old building is being torn down so that a better one can be erected in its place, and if he knew this, he would not think badly of the construction workers for tearing down the old building. He would be happy that they are bringing something better and would now consider the destruction of the old building as something good and necessary. The hardship that the people living around the site must bear by having to look at the ugly torn down building for months, having their streets closed down and traffic tied up, is only something temporary. Some people may actually curse the construction workers for bringing this hardship on them but they are not keeping in mind that these hardships will be followed by ease and improvement. Instead of viewing these things as hardship and becoming annoyed and angry, one could see them as a sign that soon there will be ease and progress.

An artist can relate to having people look at his work in its beginning or middle stages, and without knowing what the end product will be, they give unwarranted criticism. That is when he asks them to wait for when it is finished. In the beginning or in the middle the work may not be pleasing or have much meaning, but once it is completed then everyone can see what he was working towards. We humans can only attain such a limited amount of knowledge in our lives. So how can we look at a hurricane, tornado, flood, Tsunami or volcano and blame God that He is doing something cruel and unjust? How can we know what His ultimate purpose is for all of these happenings? In the same way that the man from the rain forest would be unjustified in viewing the demolition of old buildings as wrong, we would be unjustified to view the calamities of nature as cruel acts of God.

There was once a king who put his subjects through a test. He went out onto the main road of his kingdom and he had a large stone placed in the middle, thereby making the road difficult to cross. After having placed the large stone he hid himself nearby to watch the reaction of the people. He saw the dignitaries of his court and the wealthy cross by, and as they did so they managed it only with great difficulty. While they did so, they cursed the rock and said to each other, why doesn't the King move this rock? All of the wealthy aristocrats went along in the same manner, cursing the rock and wondering in amazement at the incompetence of the King to have placed such an obstacle in their path, because it only brought them hardship. Then along came a poor old man carrying a heavy load on his back, and the King watched him intently. The old man stopped in his tracks and looked at how the stone was blocking the road. He put down his load and began, with great difficulty and tremendous effort, to move the stone off of the road. Using all his strength and ability he finally accomplished his task. When he went back to the road and looked at the spot where the stone had been, he saw a bag, picked it up, opened it, and found it to be full of jewels and a note from the King indicating that the jewels was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The old man learned what many others never understand. He placed his load on his back along with his new treasure and went on his way. This story illustrates a fact of life, that there is no ease or success or progress or elevation without some sacrifice and hardship along the way. But once the end is reached that hardship would no longer be seen as unbearable.

Moral of the story:

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve one's condition.

Dont Give Up, Just Keep Driving

Monday, December 6, 2010
One day a young lady was driving along with her father. They came upon a storm and the young lady asked her father, "What should I do?"

Father said, "Keep driving." Cars began to pull over to the side, the storm was getting worse.
"What should I do?" The young lady asked?
"Keep driving," her father replied.

On up a few feet, she noticed that eighteen wheelers were also pulling over. She told her father, "I must pull over, I can barely see ahead. It is terrible and everyone is pulling over!"
Her father told her, "Don't give up, just keep driving!"

Now the storm was terrible, but she never stopped driving and soon she could see a little more clearly. After a couple of miles she was again on dry land and the sun came out.
Her father said, "Now you can pull over and get out."
Young Lady said, "But why now?"

Father said, "When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up and are still in the storm, because you never gave up your storm is now over."

This is a testimony for anyone who is going through "hard times." Just because everyone else, even the strongest, gives up. You don't have to ... if you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the Sun will shine upon your face again.

The Emperor and The Seed

Thursday, December 2, 2010
An emperor in the Far East was growing old and knew it was time to choose his successor. Instead of choosing one of his assistants or his children, he decided something different. He called young people in the kingdom together one day. He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next emperor. I have decided to choose one of you."

The kids were shocked! But the emperor continued. "I am going to give each one of you a seed today. One very special seed. I want you to plant the seed, water it and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from this one seed. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next emperor!"

One boy named Ling was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly told his mother the story. She helped him get a pot and planting soil, and he planted the seed and watered it carefully. Every day he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other youths began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow.

Ling kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks went by. Still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants but Ling didn't have a plant, and he felt like a failure. Six months went by-still nothing in Ling's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed.

Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Ling didn't say anything to his friends, however. He just kept waiting for his seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the youths of the kingdom brought their plants to the emperor for inspection. Ling told his mother that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But honest about what happened, Ling felt sick to his stomach, but he knew his mother was right. He took his empty pot to the palace. When Ling arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other youths. They were beautiful-in all shapes and sizes. Ling put his empty pot on the floor and many of the other kinds laughed at him. A few felt sorry for him and just said, "Hey nice try."

When the emperor arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted the young people. Ling just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the emperor. "Today, one of you will be appointed the next emperor!" All of a sudden, the emperor spotted Ling at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered his guards to bring him to the front. Ling was terrified. "The emperor knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me killed!"

When Ling got to the front, the Emperor asked his name. "My name is Ling," he replied. All the kids were laughing and making fun of him. The emperor asked everyone to quiet down. He looked at Ling, and then announced to the crowd, "Behold your new emperor! His name is Ling!" Ling couldn't believe it. Ling couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new emperor? Then the emperor said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone here a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds which would not grow. All of you, except Ling, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Ling was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new emperor!"

The Prophet taught, "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fajur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fajur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar."
